Following a successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email.

The freight-free offer for each order (if applicable) is limited to the first "complete order" delivery of the order. For any reason (including but not limited to the customer's request for split delivery, request for early partial delivery, refusal to take delivery, unsuccessful delivery, unsuccessful delivery to designated lockers or convenience stores due to the size of the order, change of delivery address, etc.), the customer shall bear the result on additional freight (by way of payment at delivery).

After payment is made, an order (including the purchase options, colors, or delivery location) cannot be modified or canceled.

Each order is delivered separately. There is no combined delivery service.

"Business days" are from Monday to Friday (except Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays), counting from the next working day on which payment is confirmed.

If the expected delivery dates of products in one order are different, the entire order will be delivered on the date of the latest delivery date.

There may be a discrepancy in the color of our products and product photos. The standard color of our products should be as shown in the actual products.

Customers who have selected the delivery of their orders to SF express station, locker, and convenience stores may be required to change the delivery location due to the size of the products.
