Our shipping service is available in the Greater China Region (including Mainland China, Macau and Taiwan). All orders will be delivered by SF Express with “pay by receiver” service. Customers from the Greater China Region can enjoy free shipping for orders over HKD$1000.

Delivery Policy
Free shipping for orders in Hong Kong.
Our free shipping service will be delivered by Hong Kong Post (Ordinary Packet) to residential or commercial addresses. Customers who select SF Express services have to pay for the delivery fee when receiving the order.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final. Once an order has been confirmed and payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled nor refunded.
Import Duties
Some international destinations may require import duties. Buyers are responsible for the import duties. Import Duties vary from product to product, and its destinations.
